A passion for timeless watchmaking and meticulous techniques have jointly inspired the Perrelet watchmakers in creating the new First Class Open Heart collection, a fresh new expression of simplicity enriching the brand’s hallmark First Class collection. The Open Heart model expresses Perrelet’s longstanding attachment to traditional horology, enhanced by an unmistakably modern touch. The brand thereby dedicates aesthetic purity to the service of mechanical beauty.

Within the First Class Open Heart collection, the heart of the movement reigns supreme. The elegant balance wheel of the P-391 Manufacture movement may be admired through the 6 o’clock dial opening and provides a glimpse of its oscillations, offering a new interpretation of the personality exuded by both the men’s and ladies’ versions.

Classic, elegant and undeniably bearing the Perrelet signature, the men’s watches feature a stainless steel 42.5 mm-diameter steel case. The dials are available in three different shades (white, black and anthracite grey) and two versions: the first is adorned with Arabic numerals, while the second opts for the understated refinement of hour-markers. The open heart at 6 o’clock affords an excellent view of the movement, which is slightly offset in order to reflect the natural position of the balance wheel.

The First Class Lady Open Heart collection with its dainty 35 mm case is dedicated to women and comprises timepieces that are innately elegant in terms of both design and dimensions, framing a black and white dial graced with Arabic numerals. The “Lady” version also reveals the heart of its movement through an eye-catching dial opening. All the models in the First Class and First Class Lady Open Heart collection are fitted with an alligator leather strap secured by a steel folding clasp with lateral pushers.
