Mural Artist and His Wife are to Showcase Their Artworks at Birla Academy

This February Birla Academy has invited Mural Artist of the U.S to portray his talent. U.S. Consulate General together with Birla Academy of Art & Culture and Banglanatak dot com is going to host Joel Bergner, the Mural Artist of the U.S and his wife, Karla Jayne Thomas, an activist and artist.

The two jewels of the U.S will conduct a workshop at Birla Academy Premises from 16th February to 24th February 2016.

What will happen at the workshop?
Joel, the local artists and the young leaders of the city will work together to create a fresco or mural portraying the relationship of India and the U.S. this will going to take place in the premises of Birla Academy, the hub of cultural activities in Kolkata.

All those who are interested in artistic world are invited to enjoy the exquisite art work. The workshop will be open to public viewing. Everybody is welcomed from 4p.m to 6p.m, except on Mondays.
