Renowned for maintaining the cultural glory of the city, the Birla Academy of Arts and Culture is one of the top-class art galleries of the city and the country. Birla Academy is hosting the 55th Annual Exhibition from 9th January to 9th February of 2022.

For years, the gallery is presenting and preserving rare and splendid art pieces of the country. Apart from showcasing the artworks of national artists, here different popular art pieces of international artists are showcased too. Birla Academy is not only famous for presenting magnificent art pieces, but also for organizing cultural exhibitions throughout the year.

The gallery observes its annual exhibition every year, and 2022 is not going to be an exception. Like the past exhibitions, the 55th annual exhibition is going to be a grand one. The exhibition will include different categories of Drawing, Graphics, Sculpture, Painting, Photography, and Video Work. And the event is inviting all art lovers, artists, fine arts students to join the exhibition to showcase their work.

Applicants have to submit four works for the exhibition, each for two different categories. And joining at least two groups is mandatory for applicants. People who are above the age of 45 will not be eligible to participate in the exhibition. Applicants are requested to submit their original work within 20th November 2021. The best creative work will be awarded Sarala-Basant Kumar Birla Award of rupees one lac only.
