BMW's big and arrogant X7 is undergoing a facelift this year. This is the company's luxury seven-seater SUV, designed for cars such as Range Rover and Mercedes GLS.
Here, we can see that X7 undergoes final testing in a facelifted form. The biggest change is the headlights, which are located much lower than the current car and have the same design as the upcoming X8.
It also looks like there is a new grille design, plus a new hood design. The rounded exterior modifications are the new front and rear bumpers.
Internally, the new X7 is likely to adopt BMW's new curved dashboard design and be equipped with a new screen similar to the upcoming i4. This new infotainment system may also run its latest Drive system.
As part of this facelift, BMW X7 may receive a revised engine series. There will be a mix of the usual six- and eight-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines, but these will be updated to improve fuel efficiency.
BMW may also launch a plug-in hybrid model based on the same foundation as the X5 45e already on sale.
Although it has not been confirmed, the new BMW X7 may be on sale in early 2022, given that these images show the facelift in the later stages of the test.
BMW has not confirmed the price, but the current X7 starts at a little less than £78,000. Therefore, we think it will start at approximately £80,000 when it goes on sale next year. Get more info from bmw for sale
