BiggMart.com- Online grocery store said that the Grocery Products at Rs.1/- offer was the highest ever traffic experienced by the platform, there were 110 orders placed in 10 hours on first day. In a statement issued on 3rd Nov evening, the company claimed that it was on track to reach 721 orders. BiggMart completed 721 orders during 25 Oct to 3 Nov 2015. BiggMart delivered 450 orders in 90 mins & remaining orders in 3 hours delivery slot on time. Only 5% orders was delay due to heavy load & traffic. But we are trying to upgrade our logistic so that this does not happen again.

Due to huge success of this offer & response from customers, management at biggmart extended this offer further for more three days till 3 rd of Nov. This extension of offer resulted into adding of 300 more extra orders due to this.
The focus of the offer was Grocery & staples also fresh vegetables, top selling categories were staples, baby care, patanjali and personal care products.
