Building on the momentum of its 2024 series, which saw 18 events hosted across the UK, SortRefer has already delivered 10 regional events since February - and is set to surpass last year’s total well before the halfway point of the year. An additional seven events are confirmed for Q2, with three more currently in the pipeline.
So far this year, events have taken place in Solihull, Chesham, Dundee, Kettering, and Middlesbrough. SortRefer has also collaborated with the Full House, a collaboration between local mortgage providers, to bring professionals together in Plymouth, Llanelli, Wimbourne, Camberley, and Kent, developing regional access to industry-leading networking.
The programme continues from now to July with events in Derby, Sheffield, Torquay (Full House), Milton Keynes, Carlisle, Warrington, Brighton (Full House) and Glasgow. An additional event is being finalised for Northumberland, with a return to Brighton (Full House) planned for July.
Each event is free to attend, with free parking and refreshments, and attendees can earn CPD-accredited hours. The sessions are designed to be locally relevant, offering practical value and networking opportunities to mortgage intermediaries, brokers, and other industry professionals.
Topics covered include industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities for firms, with speakers and panels drawn from across the lending, legal, and property sectors.
SortRefer’s events have attracted an impressive list of lender collaborators, including Accord Mortgages, Buckinghamshire Building Society, CHL Mortgages, Coventry for Intermediaries, Foundation Home Loans, Furness Building Society, Hinckley & Rugby, Hodge, Kensington Mortgages, Keystone Property Finance, Leeds Building Society, Leek Building Society, Loans Warehouse, Loughborough Building Society, Mansfield For Intermediaries, Market Harborough BS, Moda Mortgages, Nottingham Building Society, Perenna, Saffron for Intermediaries, Scottish Building Society, Skipton Building Society, Source, Swansea Building Society, The Exeter, The Family Building Society, The West Brom, West One and Zephyr.
