As an RV owner you probably care for the roof coating than caulking. But that’s the biggest mistake RV owners make because RV caulking is as important as roof coating. RV roof caulking e.g. (Rubex MS) helps to seal-off the areas around AC vents and skylights and other openings and provides a base for roof coating by complementing it.

RV caulking is usually comes in tubes and applied by using a pumping gun or a power gun. How much tubes you need depends upon the size of your RV and its needs. It is recommended to do recaulking after every six months. Just make sure to check your seals often and replace the caulk when it needs replacing.

• Trash bag for old caulking
• Denatured alcohol and rag for cleaning

• Caulk gun
• Cup or small bucket
• Ladder
