Sports Compression Line


The Sports Compression Line features compression sports clothing made from breathable high-tech microfiber. This range includes sleeves for arms, and upper and lower legs thigh and calf compression, as well as the Ultra Light compression socks especially for endurance sports and the Ball & Racket for ball sports. Additionally Bauerfeind offer the official NBA sports compression supports used on court by NBA athletes.

The sports compression products use medical compression technology to stimulate circulation, thus improving the transport of oxygen around the body. Sports Compression Sleeves Lower Leg relieves pressure, for example, from the ankle to the calf – this helps the lower-leg muscles to release energy more quickly during sport and to recover more quickly afterward. The muscles are warmed up in the best possible way and subjected to fewer vibrations during movement, which reduces the risk of muscle cramps and injury.


Sports Support Line

The supports in the Sports Support Line improve ankle, knee, and elbow movement and strengthen the back. Their anatomically contoured knitted fabric is a fine and airy net mesh that surrounds the body like a second skin. This special high-tech solution known as 3D Airknit Technology makes the supports particularly light, maximising their effectiveness during movement, when the knitted fabric and incorporated pads massage the relevant body part. This stimulation over a large area boosts metabolism and trains the body’s own sense of perception, known as proprioception. As a result, the stabilising muscles are activated more quickly and co-ordination is improved overall.
The risk of stress and injury is thus reduced effectively.

Alongside supports, the line also includes special products like the Sports Knee Strap, and the Sports Elbow Strap and the Sports Wrist Strap. By applying targeted pressure to the patellar tendon or the forearm muscles and to the wrist, they provide relief and thus counteract high loads. Sports Insole Line

The three foot orthoses in the Sports Insole Line produce a precise load-balancing effect. They protect, cushion, and guide the foot’s movement, thus offsetting loads that can have a long-term negative impact on the knees, hips, and back. In the Run & Walk, Ball & Racket, or Ski & Skate versions, they are designed to provide optimal support during either running, hiking, and walking or ball or winter sports. Their Weightflex technology exerts a targeted effect on the foot arches and the dynamics of the foot. The Weightflex-X integrated into the flexible core generates a mutual exchange of forces that boosts the mobility of the foot and its natural heel-to-toe roll. The foot can therefore handle the step much better and remains relaxed. With proprioceptive spots on the surface, the foot orthoses thus gently stimulate the foot muscles with every movement.
