1. Sliding hangar door



The sliding hangar door adopts translational movement, which is suitable for all kinds of hangars such as new construction, expansion and reconstruction of aircraft maintenance hangars, aircraft assembly plants and other large-scale industrial plants.



The maximum width of the sliding hangar door can reach 350m and the maximum height is 40m. It adopts multiple overlapping sliding styles, and a small tailgate can be installed on the upper part for the aircraft to pass through. Figure 1 shows the hangar gate of Basel Airport in Switzerland. The gate adopts the structure of lower load-bearing and upper-oriented structure. The safety sliding contact line is connected to the power supply, and the power is supplied to the geared motor through the cable laid in the door leaf, and the active walking wheel is driven by the chain drive to realize the opening and closing of the door leaf. High-strength bolts are used to connect the various components on the door frame structure, which can effectively control the deformation of the door body and shorten the site assembly time and overall installation cycle.

2. Side turn hangar door



The side-turning hangar door is actually an extended application of the sliding hangar door, which means that the door leaf moves along a straight line and a curved track to open and close the door. Most of the side-turning hangar doors adopt lower-load-bearing and upper-oriented forms, which are suitable for small multi-span hangars or door openings of some large industrial plants. Generally, the maximum width is up to 70m, and the height is less than 15m. It is connected by multiple small hinges, 90 on both sides of the door opening. Turn to move. A small tailgate can also be installed on the upper part for the aircraft to pass through. The side-turning hangar door drive is similar to the push-pull type, and the drive source adopts a hydraulic motor or a DC motor. The gate control system adopts PLC programmable control, and generally adopts centralized control technology. Through the visual man-machine interaction interface, batch operation of multi-span hangar doors is opened, and the operation status of the door, the position of the door, and the failure status of the door can be grasped in time. 3.Flexible hangar doors



Flexible hangar doors are also called up-stack hangar doors, which means vertical lifting fabric hangar doors, a single or multiple groups of wide-body soft curtains that can be stacked up and down. The flexible hangar door is a kind of flexible soft curtain door. The inside and outside of the door have a layer of polyester curtain with PVC coating. The middle of the door curtain is connected by horizontal aluminum curtains. The lower part of the door body is equipped with a wind-resistant bottom beam. Undertake most of the wind loads experienced by the door body. The gate is equipped with high-strength aluminum alloy guide rails on both sides of the door opening, and the guide wheels are fixed on the middle curtain and move up and down in the guide rails. A lifting motor is installed at the upper opening of the door, and the wind-resistant bottom beam is lifted through fiber webbing or steel wire rope, and the polyester curtain is folded and accumulated to realize the vertical opening and closing of the door body.



The maximum opening width of a single door of the flexible hangar door can reach 25m and the height can reach 28m. For wide gates, several gates are opened in succession to realize the opening and closing of the gates. The continuous-span gate is equipped with movable guide rails, and the gate is divided into several stacked gates of different sizes according to needs, thereby reducing the overall space and cost of the entire building.



During the opening process, first open each soft curtain stacking door one by one or at the same time. The electric hoist is used to raise the movable column of the doorway in parallel to the doorway. Finally, all the movable columns are suspended and placed at the lower opening of the doorway.
