Our Alaskan wild-caught sockeye salmon is harvested responsibly by our community of hard-working fishermen and women. The freshly caught salmon is brought to our Bambinos facility, where we begin immediately slicing, and baking this tender treats to perfection.

About our Founder
Zoi Maroudas, a medical professional and expert in the Mediterranean diet, founded Bambinos in 2013 in Alaska. Her mission was to create a product line that promoted well-balanced eating habits for developing children and adults with digestive and swallowing challenges. She found there was great similarity between infants needing to build a strong immune system and adults needing to rebuild their immune system. Maroudas chose Alaska because the soil was still pure and untainted by pesticides and herbicides so commonly found in the lower US, and Alaska had a great abundance of clean, rich water and seafood to create the purest and fresh meals for families of all ages. Maroudas has presented at American Allergy Foundation, Pediatricians Association, USDA on healthier food options in federal food supplement program such as WIC and SNAP, Baylor medical and Baylor Business and featured on Today Show with Hoda and Martha Stewart. Maroudas was awarded Top 40 Under 40, the Gold Pan Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence.
