India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has recently recalled the not-so-famous chat show episode of Koffee with Karan that literally troubled not just him but also Indian teammate KL Rahul. Even their career was at stake at that time. The duo had to return to India mid-way from India's tour of Australia last year following the controversial and misogynist remarks passed by Hardik on the show.

Hardik revealed that they didn’t talk to each other because of the high-stress level they had faced after the episode was aired. But he also shared that their friendship has grown since then and they are like siblings.

He told Cricbuzz, "Yes, we took one-month off from each other because at that time stress level was so much. But that guy never changed. Yes, he has become a bit more calmer but our relationship has remained the same. We still love each other despite whatever happened in our lives."

The all-rounder also opened up on how he has changed as a person after that incident he committed on national television. He also shared that his father got abused because of his wrong-doings and he referred to it as unacceptable as well.

He further added, "I just became more wiser that's it. I have made mistakes in my life and the best part I like in me is I accept them. If I hadn't accepted my mistake one more television show would have been on the cards. The same way if I don't accept my cricketing mistake I will make the same mistake in the next game. I just wanted to accept my mistake and get it over with.”
