The ITB Berlin travel trade show just finished up this past week and ran from Tuesday, March 7 through Thursday, March 9. Dubbed as “The World’s Leading Travel Trade Show,” the event was expected to draw approximately 10,000 exhibitors, and nearly 160,000 visitors from 180 countries. The ITB Berlin convention is the world’s largest travel industry event of its kind using a motto for this year of “Mastering Transformation.” For the first time since 2019, the show was held as an in person event, rather than an online virtual event.

Paul Davis, Field Operations & Strategy Manager for Avazoo, had this to say about the event, “It was an honor to represent Avazoo at the ITB Berlin travel show this year. The show was held at the Messe Berlin venue and was absolutely massive! Many exhibitors from around the world that would have normally attended the show are still holding off due to some post-pandemic concerns. Regardless of that, it was still quite a challenge to walk the entire event and meet so many of the exhibitors that were in attendance.”
