Components of asphalt batching plant:
The first asphalt batch mixing plant manufactured by Atlas consists of four bin aggregate feeder, first stage vibrating screen for removal of oversized materials, charging conveyor, drying drum with modulating burner, hot elevator for aggregates and mineral filler, cyclone type dry dust collecting system, venture type wet dust collector system, four deck vibrating screen, hot bins, aggregate weighing scale, bitumen weighing system, minerals weighing system, pug mill type mixing unit, PLC control panel. There is also an option of going for a bag house filter instead of venture type wet dust collector.

Advantages:
Counter flow drying drum is designed with flights to lift the aggregates so that each aggregate receive optimum heat.
Burner is low noise modulating burner which and is low on fuel consumption. Burner is light diesel oil and diesel compatible.
Vibrating screen is with large screening area for trouble free operation. Vibrating screens are easily replaceable and the sizes can be customized.
Pug mill mixer is maintenance free and fitted with easy replaceable liners.
PLC type control panel with easy to use software.
