Vishnu Saturdays is believed that Lord Vishnu descended to the Earth plane in the human form of Venkateshwara (Lord Tirupati, the Supreme Lord of Wealth) during this month. Venkateshwara is said to be the protector of the Kali Yuga who showers wealth, well-being and spiritual enlightenment upon his devotees.

At AstroVed, we are performing special poojas and homas that will help you connect with Lord Vishnu in Purattasi month. Every Purattasi Saturday, a grand fire lab for Vishnu will be performed using a select sloka from Vishnu Sahasranamam.

On the final Saturday (Oct. 12, 2019), we will be invoking Lord Vishnu with a sloka that has the power to bestow wisdom. There will be chanting of the Venkatesa Sahasranamam (1000 Names of Lord Venkateshwara) followed by a Fire Lab for Vishnu as Achyuta Narayana. This homa is believed to destroy negativity, fear, poverty, enmity, help get rid of planetary Doshas (Afflictions) and bestow wealth, knowledge, good health, luck, longevity, and Moksha (salvation).

Other rituals include Archana at Sri Uttara Guruvayoor powerspot and Vishnu Sahasranamam Parayanam (Chanting 1000 Vishnu Names) at AstroVed Remedy Center.
