We are gonna discuss about common mistakes that we all make while washing our faces .







1) Use good face wash - One is of you using a soap instead of a face wash I think we should all in this face wash to wash our faces the reason thing soap is very hard .It's an alkali and that causes your skin to become drier and it takes more frequently so a face wash is much milder .We get a lot of neutral face washes which really work well so pink the right face wash and use that .

2) Do not wash frequently - Washing the base too frequently and especially people who have oily skin and you know have a lot of acne they tend to wash their faces very frequently because they feel the face is looking very oily and done but that's mistake wash your face only twice in a day .

3) Use cold water - We generally wash our faces when we are taking a shower or hot water bath and we use hot water to wash our faces but that again harms our skin especially the patient's skin which is going to get exposed the whole day out in the sun so try and use tap water or you can water when you wash your face with a face wash .

4) Wash properly - We do are very frequently many of us are in a quick hurry and we wanted wash our faces as quickly as possible and run and we just applied on a few you know exposed area and we wash our face very religiously that's a mistake because then you are removing the dead cells and the grease and dust only from those exposed areas and not the rest of the face so I would advice take the face wash on the tip of your fingers start from your chin move upwards nicely form and apply it everywhere .I know it takes a few seconds but that really helps clean up the entire face so clean up all the way up your nose your eyes do not worry .It doesn't harm your eyes in any way up there your forehead and come back the same way downwards splash it with lots of cold water see to it that everything comes out dab it dry use your sunscreen
