India Bhutan Cultural Tie Ups Go Broad-ICMEI

Noida: The visit of H.E. Maj Gen. Vetsop Namgyel Ambassador of Bhutan to India to the international headquarters of ICMEI has added a lot to the strong relations of cultural tie-ups between the two countries.
International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry representing the Print, Radio, Television, Cinema, New Media, Music, Events, Media Education, Tourism, Environment segments of the country. The M&E Industry will be touching 180 thousand crore turnover by the end of 2017. The Indian Sub Continent cannot ignore its growth leaving the immediate neighbors of the country informed Ashok Tyagi Secretary General of ICMEI.
The Ambassador congratulated Sandeep Marwah for his untiring efforts in developing and promoting relations with the World through art and culture.
“We are here to support our Prime Minister in full filling his dreams to have wonderful relations with all the countries of the World in a very small capacity” said Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI.
Ambassador Maj. Gen. Vetsop Namgyel was accompanied with his spouse Mrs. Daw Zam, Rinchen Lhazom Counsellor (Economic) and Dorji Nidup Second Secretary.
Later Sandeep Marwah honored Ambassador with the life membership of International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy of Film And Television. H.E. Maj. Gen. Vetsop Namgyel also presented Marwah with the book of collection of stamps from Bhutan.
