Panaji: Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism reached Goa with small delegation to study hospitality and tourism industry after the massive effect of Pandemics on this industry.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah personally visited different locations, tourist spots, hotels and restaurants to study the aftereffects of Pandemic. He was there at Vasco De Gama Airport, Panaji the Capital, Morjim, Anjuna, Assagoa, Sangolda, Canacona, Kundai and many interesting creative places converted into restaurant etc.

“I am amazed to see the excitement of the tourists who all were in Goa for many reasons like it is less effected by Pandemic, there is ample locations close to nature, the sea and massive vegetation, the culture itself was less effected by pandemic. The relaxations by the Government gave enough confidence to the tourists. Norms were strictly followed at airport and government offices etc. were few of the reasons for people preferring Goa even at this sensitive time,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah expressing to press.

AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism can also plan a trip to Goa after a while when situation is little better. Students can learn a lot in this kind of situation too.
