In India, growth and development is the key factor to attract the economy and infrastructure for the sake of the society as a whole. Our world is technologically and scientifically increasing with the fast pace. So, it has become important to aware each and every individual about the science, technologies and related innovations.
Keeping this in mind, Arya College of Engineering and IT has organized a one-day seminar for the Second-year students of department of Electronics and Communication Engineering for Incubation and Startup Interaction with Expert Talk by Mr. Prashant Pal on 5th February, 2018 at Arya 1st Old Campus. He is the mentor of the Incubation organization. He has the experience and expertise of 17 years in the industry in various sectors that includes Lean Six Sigma, Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate Citizenship, Business Incubation and Skill Development. He has achieved many awards in Alchemist Award (best people manager) Award in 2013, Volunteer trainer for World Vision, East Africa Region at Naiobi in 2014 and Quality Excellence Award at Aegis in 2010.
During the event, he motivated the students through his words, experiences and struggle faced by his own. He also stated the names of number of companies and procedure to apply for your dream career. The main motive of this event was to develop a sense of entrepreneurship in engineering students who have the passion for generating and mentoring knowledge. Students can get better infrastructure facilities at their job places with various services like training or high-speed internet access.
The event has nurtured different technology ventures by students through their start-up phase by providing all kind of support required before expanding their projects. Also, different topics related to electronics and communication was discussed so that large number of students could connect in a simple way. This was the best opportunity for the students to inculcate the spirit of overcoming from certain kinds of problems on their success path and to avoid the obstacles that are coming on that path in different forms. It was the one-to-one interaction that is made between the students and the guest
Students were allowed to ask questions for the goals they have dreamt for. Also, there was a session based on lecture that imparts quality education and knowledge related to building entrepreneurship in different areas of engineering. Also, staff members have questioned about their teaching skills that is essential to develop.
