Education plays an important role in the growth and development of an individual. Good education is the key factor for the success in one’s life. It will allow you to communicate and respond intelligently to different people present in your surroundings which are very important for today’s life. Struggle is important for achieving success. It is not mandatory to be the best in every action, it is significant to do your best and wait for the best results. Fir providing this education and aware students about its importance, Arya College of Engineering and IT has organized a motivational Talk by Ms. Shweta Ahluwalia (Senior Corporate L & D Consultant on learning Steps to Achieve Success on 15th February, 2018 at Arya 1st Old Campus.

The motivational talk was two-way communication which provided a special platform to the students to learn various steps in life that helps them to achieve success. Also, a question- answer round was performed where students asked questions to the experts and learned different methods and pathways to make a step further in their academic and personal lives. Engineering education requires lots of thinking ability which can only be expanded through lifelong learning as there is no limit to learning and experimenting. Being an engineer student, it is important for everyone to keep experimenting and introducing new things so that they can contribute to the society in different ways and can achieve higher degree of success. It has been found that the most successful people read 2-3 hours per day on an average, as reading is the significant factor which influence individual to learn more and more each day. For getting ahead in every aspect of the life, one can dedicate himself/herself to learning and make a better commitment. The program has created the influence over students to attend different seminars and lectures to get better and practical understanding of existing environment and workplace. Due to continuous change in trends, it is essential for every student to understand the reality and to overcome various obstacles for achieving success in their life.
