Ariunzaya Tsogoo promotes a healthy lifestyle along with good character

 
Ariunzaya Tsogoo often uses exercise as a way to relieve stress from her everyday life. Exercise serves as a form of meditation for Ariunzaya Tsogoo. It allows Ariunzaya Tsogoo to take time out of her busy day and spend time alone. During this time, Ariunzaya Tsogoo is not only able to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but she is also able to reflect on her day in a peaceful atmosphere.

Ariunzaya Tsogoo stresses the importance of exercise and how it promotes good character. Ariunzaya Tsogoo often attends different fitness groups in her area, where she is able to meet new people and provide and receive encouragement. “I was never into sports growing up, but after joining different fitness communities, I realized how much sports can help you build character. I have met a multitude of people with similar interests upon becoming active and they have really become a huge support system in my life. I realized fitness is not about competition with other people, it is a competition with yourself. Rather than challenging others, I constantly try to better my own fitness levels—and others in my fitness community offer support, encouragement, and advice,” states Ariunzaya Tsogoo.

Ariunzaya Tsogoo stresses that challenging yourself is the healthiest form of competition. “I always thought of athletics as being competitive and ego-driven; however, I have come to realize that it can be both humbling and a way to build character,” says Ariunzaya Tsogoo. Although training is new to Ariunzaya Tsogoo, she will not give up. Ariunzaya Tsogoo has developed a new passion for fitness. Hoping to encourage others to get in shape, Ariunzaya Tsogoo is often vocal about her fitness journey. Ariunzaya Tsogoo noted, “Even though athletics do not come naturally to me, I have quickly built strength and skill. Things that used to be difficult, I can now do with ease. I love seeing how I can personally progress, and I hope others are inspired to do the same.”

It is important to Ariunzaya Tsogoo to lead a life that is healthy, both mentally and physically. Ariunzaya Tsogoo hopes that others will follow her example to get fit because they will feel great while building new friendships.
