Volvo, a globally renowned automobile manufacturer, planned to expand its key production plant in Peenya, India. However, the expansion was impeded by the presence of Extra High Tension (EHT) power lines running through the property.

However, the expansion was impeded by the presence of Extra High Tension (EHT) power lines running through the property. These EHT lines posed significant logistical and safety challenges, necessitating their relocation before any expansion work could commence.

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Work Done by Apollo:
Conducted a thorough site assessment to map the exact routes and potential impact zones of the 66 kV power lines.
Developed engineering designs and collaborated with KPTCL to implement modifications to accommodate the expansion.
Engaged with KPTCL and obtained the necessary approvals.
Completed the entire re-routing with six lattice towers accommodating 66 kV circuits.

Streamlined and minimized bureaucratic processes and government approvals for Volvo
Efficiently utilized space, saving approximately 1.5 acres of land for future expansion.
