Marriage counseling, also called couples therapy, is a type of psychotherapy, and Adil has played a crucial role in helping many couples mend broken relationships. He offers assistance for all types of couples whether straight or not, married or not. Marriage counseling can also help couples who plan to get married. During his counseling, he helps couples struggling with all kinds of issues including communication problems, child rearing or blended families conflicts, substance abuse, financial problems, anger, infidelity, and divorce.

Adil says that successful therapy depends on how motivated both the partners are, and their dedication to the process. After completion of therapy, couples usually better listeners and communicators. He often holds sessions twice per week, but this may vary depending on therapy goals and whether they are individual, couple, or group sessions.

According to Adil, there are a few signs that couples should watch out for when they need professional help. These include poor communication, recurring issues, not being able to let go of the past, finances, and kids etc.

When he is not busy tending to his clients and making their lives happier, Adil enjoys doing yoga and meditation. He gets up at 5 every morning and spends half an hour meditating. He enjoys going out for an early morning walk when everything is still fresh. He is a nature person and also enjoys gardening.
