Adil Regragui is an expert salad maker, and enjoys inviting his friends over to take delight in his interesting culinary concoctions. He is so experienced at this that he doesn’t have to engage in much preparation. However, this has taken numerous years to accomplish. He offers the following tips to anyone making a salad.

Use seasonal, local ingredients when possible. Local food is fresher and just tastes better than food shipped long distances.
Fresh berries are good in the spring and summer.
In autumn and winter, sweet citrus fruits, grapes and tart apples work best.
The beauty of composing a salad is that there really are no rules.
The next time you eat out, try to figure out the ingredients of the salad. Then try it at home.
Balance Protein, Fat and Carbs.

At his salad bars, he prides himself in providing the most delicious tasting salads for his customers. His employees and salad chefs get special training to prepare beautiful looking, yummy salads.

When he is not coming up with wonderful recipes for the next best salad, Adil likes to do fashion photography. He has a friend who writes her very own blog, and he likes to take her pictures and helps her to build her daily fashion blog.
