Adel Regragui was born and brought up in a well to do family in the UK. There were several interesting things that he liked to do during his childhood and even today. He loves to explore the world that Adel thinks is beyond his reach. He is full of creativity and his imaginative power is simply awesome. Adel does not want to spend time just by sitting idle or by roaming here and there.

Adel Regragui feels that life is very short and one should enjoy and live it to the fullest. His philosophy of life is that everybody should keep on doing new and interesting thinks that can keep fill their lives with different vibrant colours. Since he was very young, he started taking lessons for mountains hiking, rock climbing, sky diving and a lot of other exciting things. These were the things that make him stand out from the crowd and encouraged him to do something unique and different.

While becoming skilled at these things, he faced many difficulties and got several injuries take used to take a long time to recover. But, he never thought of leaving these classes. Later on, his zeal to do something different motivated him to take part in competitions dealing with such kind of activities.

His devotion and hard work have help him to win rock climbing competitions for 4 times, mountain hiking for 2 times and river rafting 5 times. He has expertise on how cracked and steep rocks should be climbed with ease, how mountain climbing can be done without losing too much oxygen from the body and how one can fight with the swift waves of the river.
