Anthony Raspa, a former organisational change manager, was involved in the construction and commissioning of Telecommunications Infrastructure including Civil Works and Rigging, Radio Base Station Towers, Communications Buildings, Licensed/Unlicensed Microwave Backhaul Transmission, In Ground & OPGW Fibre Optic Infrastructure, Voice Mobile Radio/Leaky Feeder/IP Radio Systems, FM Rebroadcast, Satellite Communications, AC/DC & Solar Power Systems and Infrastructure to support 3G/LTE/PDH/SDH/DWDM and Rail Communications.

Being a commercially aware project manager, he holds strong portfolio and program management skills harnessing methodologies, business intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively coordinate diverse activities and work flows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals.

Formerly working as transition manager, Anthony Raspa was responsible to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise, as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management.

Here, he managed a diverse portfolio of projects from Drilling Optimisation, Downhole Navigation, Structural Geology, In Field Geoanalysis, Driller Operable Geophysics and their Cloud and Android applications to support these products. He defines strategy and design strategic roadmaps for infrastructure to become a leader in the energy utility industry.
