The author and healthcare provider pens down a book with his friend Erik Rifkin to explain the risks attached to COVID-19 making precautionary safety necessary

To be dated: Andy Lazris is both a writer and a medical practitioner known for incorporating his compelling fictional stories. His non-fictional work in the field of healthcare reforms is equally noteworthy.
Pairing up with Erik Rifkin, Andy put out a book to help everyone understand the risks attached to COVID-19. Instead of using simple pie charts, statistical data, or line graphs, the authors have used Benefit-Risk Characterization Theatre (BRCT). BRCT is a 1000-seater theatre, where the benefits and risks of any medical disease are demonstrated and explained. The general public and policymakers can easily understand the risks and benefits of any medical problem through BCRT.
The book is brief and short, specifically written for people from a non-medical background. The book uses BRCT concepts to show the risks of escalating COVID-19 which calls for rigorous protection and intervention protocols. Based on various information and observation by medical experts who have been at the forefront of fighting the COVID-19 infection, the book helps one understand the reality and situation of today’s healthcare and where it’s headed.

One of the spokespersons said, "Andy's non-fiction literature is very diverse and covers a wide range of topic areas. He has continuously paid attention to the risks of coronavirus and advocated taking prompt action against the deadly infection. The best part is that Andy tries to educate his common audience, who aren’t from a medical background, because he feels that the COVID-19 is no longer an exclusively doctor’s concern. The public needs to be equally aware of the risks only then we’ll be able to move towards swift intervention with this virus.”

Other than that, Andy is working on A Fork in the Road at Hopkins with Alan Roth which is expected to come in late 2021. While his fiction work "The Great Stupidity," is coming out in 2022.
