Japanese carmaker Nissan Motor will be launching a new car every year, with the compact SUV hitting the market. Current hot sellers are surprised that this B-segment-feature and spec-heavy SUV will invade Nissan's future production, as it is poised to gain a more significant share of the domestic market. Nissan's global crossover and SUV sales grew by more than 12% in 2017 to more than 2 million vehicles, powered by the new small SUV Nissan Kicks, Rogue, and an updated full-size Armada SUV.

"Improved global SUV sales are a significant contributor to Nissan's growth in 2019," said Daniele Schillaci, Nissan's executive vice president. "We increased our crossover and SUV sales by about 230,000 last year and are expected to increase our momentum in 2020 as Kicks expands in the US.

The Nissan Rogue is a compact 5-seat SUV that offers gas mileage of up to 33 mpg despite being an SUV. Also, a 5-seat SUV, the Rogue Sport that offers various driver-assist and technology features. Its fuel economy is slightly less than the Rogue but provides more space than its competitors. The Nissan Murano is a five-door, 4-wheel drive vehicle with a spacious interior, a front-engine, and a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs.

The Nissan Pathfinder is a large SUV that can hold seven passengers and tow up to 6,000 lbs. Known as a real workhorse, the Nissan Armada is an SUV that can carry seven passengers and tow up to 8,500 lbs.
