Send Live Chat Invitations to Smart Phone, Desktop, Tablet and Game Console

Using Banckle.Chat App, Website admin or operator can send proactive and automatic chat invitations to website visitors based on the device they are using.

 
Banckle.Chat app provides many useful features like live translation, visitor monitoring, inviting users for online chat etc which makes it the enterprise friendly customer service app. They have now introduced custom based chat invitation feature (proactive or automatic) in this app. By using this feature, you can now send proactive and automatic chat invitation to your website visitors. For example, a company can set an option to invite only those visitors for chat who are browsing their websites using desktop PC which means that visitors on mobile devices cannot participate in this conversation. You can also configure chat invitation option to invite visitors who are using smart phone, tablets or game console. Similarly, automatic chat invitation option can be configured to allow only those visitors for chat who are using the device website admin has set.

To configure Device Based (Proactive and Automatic) Chat Invitation you have to follow the steps given below:

- Sign into Banckle.Chat: http://chat.banckle.com/
- Click on Settings option from the left navigation panel.
- Click on Widgets option and then select the widget linked with your website.
- In widget settings panel, click on Preferences tab.
- Click on Visitor Invitation tab to expand it.
- Enable Automatically invite visitor after option.
- From the available drop-down, select the time duration after which you wish automatic invitations to be triggered.
- Select device types for which automatic invitations must be triggered in Send automatic invitation to these devices panel.
- Click on Save button to apply the changes and start send device based automatic invitations to your website visitors
- To set Proactive Chat Invitation option, click on Monitoring tab from left navigation panel
- Under Online Visitor List, observe the device type a website visitor is using in Device column and send a Proactive Invitation based on your business policy.
