Vagabond Temple Helps Reduce Stress with Reiki

Vagabond Temple helps people reduce their stress level by training them to be Reiki healers. The institution offers an array of courses for students to learn about mindfulness and meditation.

 
[KEP, 13/11/2018] – Vagabond Temple is a spiritual centre in Cambodia that offers different classes to promote mindfulness through disciplines such as Reiki. They train their students to become hands-on healers who value compassion and awareness.

Reiki

Reiki is a technique that reduces stress and promotes relaxation, emotional rebalancing and healing. The technique teaches the principle that matter and life come from energy flows. Energy that is blocked, diminished and unbalanced in the body causes illness, tension or pain. Reiki helps regain the natural harmony and balance in the body as a Reiki practitioner directs healing energy throughout the body.

Reiki Healing Courses

Vagabond Temple offers Reiki healing courses for students who wish to become a Master Reiki. Students are required to complete three levels of healing courses, which include practical techniques, theory and energy attunement. Aside from the ability to heal others, the courses give students the tools to heal themselves and develop their spiritual journey. While completing the courses, students can enjoy yoga classes in the morning and evening meditation. The daily schedule for levels one and two are:

• Mondays from 3 to 6 pm
• Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm
• Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm

Students may change their schedules according to their needs. However, Vagabond Temple requests that their students focus on their lessons and refrain from planning other activities during the course.
