Date 08 January 2022 - We are elated to announce our aggregation deal for Stellar automotive industry giant “Automotive Axles Limited” a JV between Bharat Forge Ltd and Meritor US for its Karnataka operations., to take care of their long term power requirements needs through Captive Solar Power supply. The company engaged Altilium to transition its operations to green power to reduce its carbon footprint.

This engagement would ensure Green power supply along with optimising the cost of operations for our client in the state of Karnataka.

Under this arrangement, Altilium's trading arm, Altilium Energie would be the standby off taker in case of under-consumption by the client (upto 49% of total contracted quantum) for further sale of the power in Karnataka. To safeguard the interest of the C&I client in case of non-compliance in long-term, Altilium has gone to lengths and closed one of its kind deal in India between Developer, Trader and Buyer.

The selected generator to co-develop the Solar Power Project is Rays Power Infra Private Limited. We would also like to acknowledge the efforts, constant support and coordination of Rays Team.
