It was established in 1966. The company got its success by following the idioms in its mission - precision and quality. Company wanted to integrate the multiple operations of their plants in to one common database so they needed the ERP software.
Why the ERP was needed in the SMP -
There were the following errors happening in the SPC for which to rectify them was necessary. The reasons were -

eliminating need of data entry
