Communication Skills

What is the purpose of attentive listening and a detailed knowledge, if you fail to present it correctly? As per Daniel Sunray, a sales representative needs to be pro-active and high on energy. A good sales representative manages that gap between active speech and being outspoken. Right words, right time, right place fuelled with apt knowledge of the product.
