The biggest advantage is that these secondary panes are perfect for old windows and they do not ruin the look at all. it can be a bit higher on the price tag and also it requires a strong frame to keep the glass pane in place.

Aluminum secondary glazing

In this type of secondary glazing the frames are not made of wood or any other plastic material, instead, they are made of good quality aluminum. This is one of the most highly valuable kinds of glazing as it is durable, long lasting, and efficient as it can effectively give noise and thermal insulation. Also, it does not ruin the look and neither does it cost too much.
