MingfaTech Manufacturing Limited, a renowned technology manufacturer, is using advanced die casting technology to manufacture heat sinks for large-scale outdoor lighting systems. Since most LED package manufacturers offer modules passive LED cooler with far exceeding the levels required for spot and downlight applications, there was a need for standard high bay LED heatsinks that became a fact with MingfaTech's new launch.

This is the first standard high bay cooling heatsink platform designed by MingfaTech with the modular passive LED cooler that promises to continue making performance records like their previous productions.

The high bay LED heatsinks have a diameter of 265mm and standard height 256mm. It offers luminaires up to 14000 to 33000 lume. Moreover, with a thermal resistance range of Rth 0.17°C/W the modular passive can cool down a hundred watts dissipated power.

This is changing, nevertheless, due to the rise of high power compact Chip on Board (CoB) and Driver on Board (DoB) designs that requires luminaire vendors to invest in more efficient cooling solutions for LED luminaires.

The High Bay LED heatsinks fixture by MingfaTech delivers up to 24,000 lumens by affording a combination of high performance and affordability factor. When there is need of eliminating for energy-wasting fluorescent and high luminaires, the newest high-bay LED luminaire provides customers with a better light experience through a higher color rendering with greater efficiency of 100 lumens per watt. It also includes an improved thermal system that ensures high reliability over 100,000-hour lifetime with an updated lens mounting and edge design.
