(21th March 2017) - Sets and Reps makes working out at home more fun and happening. The application is an interesting mix of features that fitness conscious people will find interesting. The features included in the app are, various levels of workout difficulty; within the app, there are three main workouts, Beginner, Intermediate and Expert. Each workout has a different routine with different exercises and various sets and reps. So, customers will also find something harder when one becomes too easy. Second one is a 4 minute Workout; this is great for those who don't have the time to workout but want to do some kind of exercise. Within every workout, on Sets & Reps, customers will find simple timer counting up to 30 on the bottom of the screen. This is there to help then with any counting anyone wants to do.

This all new Sets and Reps application is for people who don’t have time to go to gym or prefer exercising at home. Within the application, one will find a feature called "Advice". With this application any one can email their queries and sets and reps will help them out with their problem. All the exercise in Sets and Reps are designed to make home workouts fun but also intense and challenging.
