Therefore it is also necessary to preserve them in the best possible manner so that the children of future can draw their strength from them. The project named “Our Stories Are Us” focuses on recording family stories in voices of the family members which can then be attached to the beautiful nostalgic images that bring life to them. It has been seen that children who have a strong foundation of their parents’ and grandparents’ memories believe in something stronger and larger than themselves. This helps to ensure that they have a more meaningful and secure childhood.

It is necessary to preserve the family tree as well as the stories of older generations as not only the memories of the ancestors continue to live in that way but also build up a solid foundation for the future. By listening to the stories that narrate how members of the family found their inner strength in times of despair, the children of tomorrow can learn about believing in oneself and one’s family heritage.
