IRVINE, CALIFORNIA (September 28, 2016) -- Happenstance, a reality documentary program aimed at improving people’s lives, has announced dates and locations for its open casting call. Participants from all walks of life, ages 18 and older, are invited to share their stories and struggles during Happenstance’s casting call on October 7th and 8th, 2016, at the Holiday Inn Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California. The goal of Happenstance’s program is to find ways to help their participants surpass their struggles, and to make positive changes in their own lives, as well as in the lives of others.

Happenstance was founded by Amy E. Moore Gerber, a unique and compassionate entrepreneur with a love for others, and an advocate of life: both animal and human. As Amy explains, “Every life matters. There are a lot of people out there that have experienced unexpected and unfortunate events which have completely altered the course of their lives. I created Happenstance as an outlet of hope so that our participants have an opportunity to share who they are, strive to work towards achieving their personal goals, and ultimately have a chance to attain a better life and future. I want to work with individuals who know that they need a change in their lives. My hope is that these individuals will later strive to find ways to give back to society, and to help others in need. I believe it is time for a change in this world.”

Unlike most organizations, the program doesn’t have a singular topic of focus. Happenstance is potentially willing to work with all individual cases and personal needs: for example, whether it is helping people get through a death in the family, get a small loan for a startup, or improve their own physical health.

“With every personal account that is shared, there is an opportunity for that story to potentially help someone else, and to hopefully encourage others towards their own positive transformations and goals,” said Amy.
