This Press Release is written to inform the readers that Alexandra DiCamillo provided training to new staff members.

 
Formerly, Alexandra DiCamillo served as Practice Administrator at Long Island Otolaryngology and Pediatric Airway. She performed administrative tasks including organizing doctor schedules, answering calls, and preparing financial reports. Alexandra managed patient flow, thus ensuring appointments were completely in a timely manner. She also created a new children’s area in the practice waiting room for a more family-friendly environment. Alexandra negotiated doctor’s contracts with insurance providers and established and enforced office policies, standards and processes.

As the former Director Operations Manager at Urgent Care, Alexandra worked to monitor inventory, order new office and medical supplies as needed. She also performed office administration, including fielding incoming calls, preparing insurance forms, managing records and sending out monthly invoices. She considered it her responsibility to interview potential job candidates and provided training to new staff members. Alexandra also led the human resources department, including processing payroll, conducting performance reviews, dispensing disciplinary actions, and creating the employee handbook.

Alexandra started her career as Front Office Manager at Broadway Diagnostic and Rehab. She worked to handle all billing and collection matters, including creating invoices and liaising with insurance providers and patients. She managed daily front office activities, including fielding incoming calls, resolving concerns and completing insurance forms.

Regarding her education credentials, Alexandra DiCamillo graduated in Associate of Science in Suffolk Community College. Thereafter, in 2000, she pursued Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration in Stony Brook University.

Currently, Alexandra DiCamillo is serving as Director of Operations at ENT Group. She oversees the daily activities of 25 practices, thus making the key decisions and ensuring smooth operations. Alexandra ensures employee compliance with center policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols. She supervises and facilitates the development of more than 200 employees. Alexandra also negotiates with insurance carriers, posts payments and submits invoices.
