[b]Ron Eakes[/b] was born and raised in the Kansas state, and lived there with his ten other siblings who grew up with him at a farm house. In 1977, he finished his earlier education from the South Western Heights School in Kansas and after completing his schooling, he attended DCCC in Kansas. In 1979, he passed out of this college and in that same year, he began his own business. He also enrolled at Dale Carnegie Course, which is a course specially designed by Dale Breckenridge Carnegie in order to improve the personality and skills of a person.

[b]Ron Eakes[/b] is a reputed businessman and besides this, he also involves himself in numerous social activities. He devotes a lot of time bringing up funds for social causes and assisting charities. He is also linked to various non-government organizations such as Children's Miracle Network, Knights of Columbus, Kansas peace officers, County Economic Organization, Kansas peace officers, Save The Children, etc. Save The Children is an non-profit organization that strives to bring change in the lives of children in the country and around. They support children and families, especially during disasters, by providing special medical care, food, and education to them. In addition, the organization also assists in recreating communities. Ron donates particularly for the development and functioning of the organization, and offers his kind services as a volunteer.

[b]Ron Eakes[/b] which is a well established businessman, inspires and motivates a number of people so that they can be successful in their lives. He is a proud owner of the Mid Plains Construction Company in Plains which has more than 70 employees, and provides numerous construction services such as concrete construction, concrete install, concrete forming, curing concrete, concrete ready mix sales, general construction, and advanced concrete construction. The company has made dairies, buildings for agricultural purposes, schools, churches, hospitals, silos, parking lots, handicap ramps, driveways, etc. He also has a huge partnership in two dairies. On the other hand, he is a person with soft heart who contributes to the Special Olympics and American Cancer Society. Special Olympics is the largest sports organization throughout the world that works for adults and children with intellectual disadvantages. The organization offers trainings and organizes competitions for athletes.
