[b]Ron Eakes[/b] is a businessman who has reached the heights of success in a very short time. He owns a recognized construction business and is a renowned person and is also an inspiration for a number of young people who want to fulfill their dreams of owning a good business. He was young and just finished his studies when he established Mid Plains Construction company in Plains and right now, more than 70 workers work in his company and he owns three big other ready mix plants along with this company. He has also joined his hands with two large dairies which are developing his business.

He enrolled at Dodge City Community College in Kansas. The DCCC college is an old establishment and has played an essential part in promoting sports in the country. This college has offered key players in baseball, soccer, softball, basket ball, golf, etc. The athletics team of the college is highly known as Conquistador.

He participates in numerous social events and works for the welfare of society. He is an active member of many social charities and organizations and assists them raise funds for common welfare. He strives to promote Children's Miracle Network and Save The Children. These organizations work for the betterment of children in the US and around. He supports Knights of Columbus, Special Olympics, County Economic Organization, Kansas peace officers, and American Cancer Society. He always avails the chances to volunteer and feels proud in helping the organization which is fighting against Cancer.
