Ron Eakes who owns [b]Mid Plains Construction Plains KS[/b] was born in the western part of Kansas, which is also known as Sunflower State or Wheat State of the US. He resided at a farm house along with his ten other siblings. He enrolled at the South Western Heights School, Kansas for his initial education and graduated from the school in 1977. After this, he joined Dodge City Community College for a degree program. This college is a public and a co-educational college located in Dodge City and was founded in 1935. It is well-known and abbreviated as DCCC or DC3. The students participate in a great number of sports activities. The college provides associate degrees in applied science, arts, nursing, and other educational streams. The athletics team of the college is widely popular and called as Conqs. The official mascot of the college is the Conquistador.

[b]Mid Plains Construction Plains KS[/b] has been delivering extensive construction services for the last 33 years. Their major services include building Handicap ramps, Caissons and Pilings, Driveways, Parking lots, etc. The company offers many services to residential, commercial, dairy, and hog clients. He got a Certificate of Achievement in building construction and was also listed in the National Register of Who’s Who in executives and Professionals.

Ron Eakes pursued Dale Carnegie Course for personal grooming and inculcating salesmanship, public speaking and leadership skills. In 1979, he started his own construction company called [b]Mid Plains Construction Plains KS[/b]. This company is one of the most successful construction company in Kansas these days. He has 70 employees who serve under his able guidance. Apart from being the successful owner of this company, he also owns three ready mix plants and has a partnership in two large scale dairies.

Ron Eakes is also a supportive social person. He is involved in numerous local charities and community organizations. Some of these organizations and charities include Kansas peace officers, American Cancer Society, Children’s Miracle Network, Save the Children, Special Olympics, Knights of Columbus, County Economic Organization, and the Church Council. He has also contributed towards local school board and Lion's club. On the personal front, he is married and has been blessed with three beautiful children. He spends most of his free time by traveling and playing golf.
