There are different types of daily yoga that help you to live happier:-
1. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
2. Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
3. Kursiasana (Chair Pose)
4. Naukasana (Boat Pose)
5. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

1.Vaksasana (Tree Pose):-
Vakrasana is simplified form of Ardhamatsyendrasana. The Sanskrit name of both the postures differs whereas the English name remains the same. At some places, the Ardhamatsyendrasana is named as half spinal twist posture and Vakrasana is simply named as twist posture in English. As said earlier Vakrasana is a simplified form of Ardhamatsyendrasana. For many people who cannot perform or practice Ardhamatsyendrasana, Vakrasana is prescribed for them. Through the practice of Vakrasana, gradually Ardhamatsyendrasana posture can be achieved.
It is very useful to tone spinal nerves and abdominal muscles and organs. It is also beneficial to manage or cure many of the diseases and disorders.
2.Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
Trikonasana is a standing yoga posture that requires strength, balance, and flexibility. In this posture, both arms extend with the legs spread apart and one foot turned at a 90-degree angle. The upper body bends toward the lead foot so that one arm reaches toward, but not necessarily touching, the ground and the other toward the sky.
The term comes from the Sanskrit trikona, meaning “three corners” or “triangle,” and asana, meaning “posture.” The term is often used synonymously with utthita trikonasana (extended triangle pose).
In addition to a range of physical benefits, trikonasana is believed to unblock energy pathways in the body. It is one of the basic poses common to the many styles of yoga.

3. Kursiasana (Chair Pose)
Sitting in a chair may sound very easy and comfortable. But sitting in an imaginary chair might be a little challenging! And this is exactly what we do in Utkatasana or Chair Pose. The literal meaning of Utkatasana is intense posture or a powerful posture.(Utkat=Intense, Powerful; Asana= Posture/Pose; pronounced as U-t-kat- asana). You need just a little bit of determination to stay longer in the Chair Posture. Make sure you read the contraindications before you start.
4. Naukasana (Boat Pose)
Naukasana comes from the two Sanskrit words 'nauka' which means 'boat' and 'asana' meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. It is a posture in which our body takes the shape of a boat. If you have always had a problem losing the extra paunch in your stomach area, then this asana is good for those who wish to reduce belly fat as well as to tone the abs. Naukasana is one of the few yoga poses that can be performed lying both on the stomach (prone position) and back (supine position). It is a little difficult to perform for yoga beginners. But don't be disheartened, you will get better with more practice and you can even ace at doing the advance yoga poses.
5. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
If you are suffering from rounded shoulders or stiff upper back and neck, Cobra pose can help relieve your upper body stiffness. The pose strengthens the entire shoulder area and upper back. It also creates more flexibility into the lower back, massages the digestive organs and relieves menstrual pain.
This pose not only opens the physical body but also provides a gentle opening for the heart as well. We open up our chest, become a bit more vulnerable, and practice being open in the world.
