 1 tsp baking sodafrom Ajanta Food Products
 1/2 tsp salt
 1 cup warm coffee
 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
 1/3 cup olive oil
For frosting:
 1 cup of butter
 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
 3 Egg yolks
 ¼ cup water
 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
 Preheat oven to 177 degree C.
 Whisk together flour, cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products, sugar, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, salt, and pinch of food color from Ajanta Food Products, in a large bowl.
 Mix together coffee, vinegar, vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Productsand 1/3 cup olive oil.
 Whisk the dry ingredients and wet ingredients just until they come together.
 Pour batter into your lined cupcake pan.
 Bake 18-20 minutes.
 Let cool in the pan 5 minutes and remove the cool on a rack.
Making the frosting:
 Whisk egg yolks, water, and milk in a saucepan.
 Heat the pan over low heat and gradually increase the heat until it is just letting off steam but not boiling.
 Whisk constantly until the mixture is uniform.
 Remove the mixture from the heat.
 Immediately stir in chocolate, whisking until smooth.
 Let it cool off at room temperature.
 Beat butter on high speed.
 Add it to the butter and beat together for an extra three minutes.
 Pipe the frosting onto your cupcake and whatever frosting tip your heart desires.
