The human body has an average 70-75% water (in its composition). Experts recommend taking about 8 cups or 2 liters of water every day. Hydration is essential for the proper functioning of the organs. The urine should be odorless and ideal color is pale yellow or colorless, others present shades (except on the use of some types of medications that alter the natural color of urine), require observation and higher intake of water.
