It is for the information of general public and our esteemed customers that some vested interests and antisocial elements are spreading false, malicious and baseless rumors in social media about our company which is totally devoid of facts. It has come to our notice that vehicles have been got painted almost similar to our logo, design and colour and are being used for illicit movement of goods and even such antisocial elements are using name which is almost similar to our name. Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited are in process of taking necessary legal action and to expose such elements carrying such trade.

We have come across some anti- social elements replicating our truck with same logo, Colour and design and an FIR 176 stands registered at Police Station, PalamVihar Gurgaon (Haryana) under section 420, 485, 487, 120B IPC, 51, 52A, 63, 68A, Copyright Act 1957 against Shri Bhagwan, Prop. Bawa Body works, Gurgaon. As per FIR, one truck carrying out illicit and illegal transportation was caught by Police in Gujarat in Mehsana (Sahara) area. This truck was similar look alike as Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited’s vehicle by way of logo, colour and design and was mistaken to be of our company. A team was immediately rushed to Mehsana- Godara area and it was revealed that, as a part of conspiracy, the truck body was fabricated at Bawa Body Works, Plot No. 10, village Bajgera, Gurgaon- Najafgarh Road, PalamVihar, Gurgaon. It was also revealed that in the past several such vehicles have been fabricated and used for illicit and illegal transportation and 2 Nos. vehicles that were being fraudulently fabricated were found in the premises of the Bawa Body Works. One such vehicle has been taken into custody by Gurgaon Police. This proves deep rooted conspiracy against Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited to defame us.

The public is hereby informed that some unscrupulous elements are carrying business with almost similar name as our company and one such fake transporter has been restrained by Hon’ble High Court and strong strictures passed. Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited takes strong note of such anti-national and anti -social activities and strong legal action under various sections of IPC is underway to book such elements.
