Load Limiter must be used when lifting heavy objects!

Load Limiter is a necessary means to keep a check on the loads that are being lifted so as to avoid any accidents.

A variety of load limiters are available these days. Self Adaptive load limiter is a machine that in response to different passenger sizes, it automatically adapts the occupant restraint system in response to different passenger sizes. It operates without the use of sensors, wiring or electronic
controls making it a cost effective solution for rear seat occupants. Making it a cost effective solution for rear seat occupants, the SALL can identify the size of the occupant by the amount of webbing used to buckle up. It operates without the use of sensors, wiring or electronic controls. These days, contractors also use collision avoidance to avoid further accidents.
Another popular load limiter is the progressive load limiter. Two devices are used in this system. From a cutter within the spool assembly, the basic load is due to the torsion bar, and the progressive load comes. From a spiral ridge within the spool assembly, the cutter shears off material.
Basic limiting load is due to the torsion bar, and the declining load is due to the spiral, it is similar in layout and operation to the Progressive Load Limiter. The range is 3kN and 340° rotation of the spool. To help achieve five-star performance using the new US NCAP test, the declining load limiter can be used in some vehicles. The use of these machines has paved a way for avoidance of accidents.
