Our bodies use sugar in the form of glucose to form energy through a process called respiration to release energy and carbon dioxide. This process requires the presence of raw materials such as glucose and oxygen. The products produced after the breathing process are: carbon dioxide, water and energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate.

Exercise helps release energy that is stored in the muscles in the form of glycogen, converting it into glucose, which is a model that the body uses easily to produce energy that the body will use throughout the day. However, a person is advised not to exercise anymore because this can lead to the depletion of all the blood sugar that has been used by the body. To exercise safely, one must establish a reasonable level of challenges.

Water plays an important role in the processes of respiration in the body. One of the functions that it plays is to control body temperature. It does it by cooling the body if there is any high temperature. Our body cells are like motor vehicles because once they have more than a heat, they start to malfunction and become more damaged. When there is water, you will avoid any of the two previous scenarios.
