Born & brought up in Vancouver, Canada, Paula Poe is a Salsa dancer and trainer. Currently, she works as a trainer in the region's most reputed dancing school. So far, she has trained a multitude of peope in this exhilerating dance form; including kids, teenagers, adults, and seniors. The group she enjoys training the most is that of the seniors. She says that old age is that phase of life when people often become a victim of depression due to reasons; like chronic illness, spouse passing away, children moving away, etc. So, she finds it immensely rewarding to bring happiness, excitement, and energy in the elderly by teaching them dance.

Paula Poe also runs a Salsa dance blog. Through her blog, she shares useful tips & suggestions with aspiring Salsa dancers about how they can improve their dancing skills. Recently, she has added to the blog many instructional Salsa videos as well. Paula also conducts Salsa workshops for individuals belonging to the underprivileged strata of the society. Being a kind hearted individual, she considers sharing her talent with the underprivileged as an opportunity to make a contribution towards the welfare of the society.
