Cleanse Your Body With a Detox Kit

How do you spell relief? What are your methods for relieving stress, pain, insomnia?

 
What we need more of these days is an awareness of our Nutritional Heroes, not National Heroes. We know who's doing what out there; however, until we step up and become our own warrior for health and wellness, our National Heroes are fighting a pointless battle.

As a society, we are over worked, over medicated, over thinking, over worrying, over doing, over eating, over indulging, over and over and over, again. Sadly, the 'more is better' context has it's negative impact, making us unproductive, ineffective and sick. As a nation, we are malnourished; although this isn't due to a lack of food, it has more to do with the effects of medications, stress, lack of sleep, junk food and other environmental toxins. Add it all up, and we have communities of starving people trying their hardest to make sense of it all and survive.

As a practitioner, I see and hear it every day; right down to, 'Am I drinking enough water and how many calories is in 'that'?' We are so out of touch with ourselves, which I assert, is contributing to a great deal of our stress! If we would just take a moment and realize this isn't a race (even though we fondly refer to it as the human race), and it's just not that serious, we might gain a better perspective on our personal needs in order to play the game and have a GOOD TIME!
