You have to complete Impressing the Locals quest to gain the access to the first Elite Dungeon,which allows 1-3 players to enter. And please remember it is located on the island of Aminishi. And you can make groups via grouping system while solo players don’t need to make a group. What will you encounter in the dungeon?

After entering the dungeon, you will face 3 bosses:

The Sanctum Guardian: The first boss of the dungeon is a Crassian, guarding the inner sections of the temple and having 450,000 hitpoints.
Masuta the Ascended: The second boss is One of the Council of Seven, having ~600,000 hitpoints and hitting over 13,000.
Seiryu (also referred as the Azure Serpent, Guardian Beast of the Eastern Lands and the Spirit of Purest Water): This final boss has 7.5 million hitpoints.

What drops can you get after completing the dungeon?

As usual, when defeating normal mobs/minibosses you will be able to get Combat XP, Dungeoneering Token/XP. At the same time, you will also have a chance of winning:

1.Fishy Treat;
2.Crassian Allegiance: Lore book dropped by The Sanctum Guardian;
3.Masuta's Warspear: Tier 82 spear dropped by Masuta the Ascended;
4.Himiko's Vision: Lore Book obtained from Masuta the Ascended;
5.Ancient Scale: Used to make T92 Sirenic Helm/Legs;
6.Kuroryu: Boss pet dropped by Seiryu the Azure Serpent.
